Why We Do This
Church should be the safest place in the world. But too often, when something goes wrong—misconduct, abuse, or even toxic leadership—churches are caught unprepared. Not because they don’t care, but because they don’t have a clear path forward.
OpenPew was born from that gap. We’ve seen what happens when concerns are ignored or handled poorly—and we’ve seen what’s possible when churches respond with courage and clarity. We created OpenPew to give churches what they need most in those moments: a trusted partner, a structured process, and the confidence to lead with integrity.
